El Salvador is the jumping champion of the 2012 performance test from KWPN. In 2017, he was also approved for studbook Zangersheide.
El Salvador is an honest, reliable stallion with a good attitude, a lot of technique, and scope over the jump. He has a powerful canter with a lot of balance.
His father, Vigaro, jumped to great international success under Gerco Schröder. Vigaro is a son of Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve, a renowned stallion in sport and breeding!
His dam Antartica is an exceptional broodmare who comes from a proven dam line. Top mares succeed each other by Kojak, Heartbreaker, Cassini, and then onto the dam line of the famous stallion Burggraaf.
Glock's Zaranza, by Karandasj, comes from the grandmother of El Salvador and is a remarkable show-jumping horse ridden by Gerco Schröder. She already jumped to several classifications at 1m60 level. All products from the dam line have amazing jumping qualities and very good models, including Fantartica ( Indoctro x Kojak x Heartbreaker) high scores at the mare inspection, Hocus Pocus ( Ultimo x Kojak x Heartbreaker at 1m45 level), Ibiza ( Cardento x Kojak x Heartbreaker at 1m45 level).
El Salvador already produced several exceptional offspring, such as the Z-approved stallion Elfra van Beek Z who jumps at 1m50 level under Gilles Thomas. Other offspring are the approved stallion Invictus (1m45), Ipswich (1m45), and Ipsylon (1m45).
